Senior manager Locus Europe<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Summary<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

Locus Traxx helps its customers ensure the safety and security of their shipments in transit. It is done <\/span><\/span>with SmartTraxx\u2122, the real-time monitoring solution that transmits information about temperature, <\/span>location, security, and other atmospheric conditions from land and ocean, to any computer, <\/span>anywhere in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2005, Locus Traxx has provided SmartTraxx\u2122 in North America, and in Joint Venture with a <\/span><\/span>multinational Italian group operating in Space, Transport, IT Services, Telecommunications and <\/span>Integrated Logistics, Locus Traxx will offer the SmartTraxx\u2122 monitoring system to the European <\/span>market. <\/span>We are looking to bring on an experienced and motivated Senior Manager interested in launching <\/span>and running the Joint Venture (called Locus Europe). You will provide senior executive leadership for <\/span>planning and directing all aspects of Locus Europe\u2019s objectives and initiatives. Your challenge will be <\/span>to win the confidence of investors, customers and teams and build a high sustainable and profitable <\/span>organization matching their expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n\t\tFormulate (in collaboration with investors), execute, and communicate the vision, strategy <\/span><\/span>and objectives for Locus Europe; <\/span><\/li>\n
  • \n\t\tStart and develop all functions and processes and ensure continued organizational growth <\/span>and profitability that is led by a powerful and successful marketing and sales activity;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \n\t\tLiaise effectively with investors and partners for innovation and product development with a <\/span>strategic plan and strategic judgment perspective in mind;<\/span><\/li>\n
  • \n\t\tOversee a team of Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, IT.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & experience<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n\t\tMinimum 10 year-experience as COO, CTO, JV CEO, or BU executive manager;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • \n\t\tSignificant exposure to Transport & logistics, supply chain, cold chain or pharmaceutical;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \n\t\tExperience with contract review and negotiation;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \n\t\tEnglish \u2013 fluent; French, German or Spanish is an asset;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \n\t\tProven track record of developing and fostering relationships with customers and suppliers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      A significant training plan is foreseen for this position.
      \n\tDuring that period, the applicant will be <\/span><\/span>appointed to a sales position and educated by an experienced Senior Manager coming from Locus <\/span>Traxx USA.<\/span><\/p>\n
