It operates from its hub in Turkey, the Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (Istanbul).

On 5th and 6th July 2012, Mr José Happart, the President, and Mr Luc Partoune, the Managing Director of Liege Airport, were pleased to welcome Mr Omer Sungur, the Managing Director of ACT Airlines, for a tour of the airport, which concluded on Friday with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
This official ceremony was graciously attended by Mr Jean-Claude Marcourt, the Vice-President of the Walloon Government, the Minister for the Economy and Foreign Trade.
