Move it Face2Face!
What's Face2Face?
On 23rd and 24rd of may Move It Expo organizes, in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network, the Move It Face2Face networking event at the Limburghal in Genk. This networking event will target a broad spectrum of companies, institutions and researchers from Europe interested in presenting and discussing business ideas and finding collaboration partners within logistics and adjacent sectors.
In addition to the Move It exhibition and congress programme, exhibitors and visitors will be given the opportunity to get together with one another in order to initiate contacts. The matchmaking event will allow them to select the most interesting profiles of other participants in the online catalogue and meet with representatives of these companies during half an hour at the Move It Expo in order to find new customers, suppliers and cooperation partners. Participation is free of charge.
Face2Face is an entirely new concept at Move It Expo 2012
The visitor makes his own schedule via an online agenda. Visitors are also able to meet one
another. Choose your potential partners wisely and make the most out of Move It Expo 2012.
How does it work?
In advance, we register our exhibitors at Face2Face. The visitor can make his own profile in 3 steps:
- Make an online profile HERE. On the left you click at “register”. You fill in your company information and you are able to write a short text about your business activity.
- Select the most interesting profiles. From 1 may 2012 you can book an appointment online with the people behind these profiles. Confirm or decline the requests.
- Join us at Move It Expo on 23/24 may for the one-on-one meetings with your interlocutors.
An online profile for Face2Face is entirely up to you, it's not required to do so.
Up until you made your appointments, you honour existing commitments.
