InnoTrans 2026: join the LiW Roadshow
From 22 to 25 September 2026, Logistics in Wallonia will be in Berlin for InnoTrans together with AWEX and a delegation of Walloon companies.
Beyond the Wallonia collective stand, LiW is putting together a Roadshow across the fair to help Walloon companies identify relevant contacts, discover key initiatives and create new business opportunities.
The Roadshow is flexible: companies can join the activities that are most relevant to their own objectives.
Start from the Wallonia collective stand
📍 Hall 11.2 – Stand 260
The Wallonia stand will be the main meeting point for the delegation during InnoTrans.
It will host Vecturis, Infratech/Gillam, Reprocover, Future Resources, Vagotech, Ubidata and Logistics in Wallonia. In parallel, several other Walloon companies will exhibit on their own stands across the fair.

Discover innovation with Impulse Belgium
Together with MecaTech and Infrabel, companies can join the Impulse Belgium – Railway Innovation Community pathway.
The program combines market observation, selected stand visits, meetings with Belgian companies and exchanges with infrastructure managers such as Infrabel, SNCF Réseau and Rail Open Lab.
Several sessions will take place on 22 and 23 September, including topics such as the Belgian Master Plan, FRMCS and innovation strategies from infrastructure managers.

Explore the ERCI network
As a member of ERCI – European Railway Clusters Initiative, Logistics in Wallonia will also connect Walloon companies with other European railway ecosystems.

Join the ERCI Innovation Awards

The ERCI Innovation & Achievement Awards will showcase innovative railway solutions from across Europe.
The ceremony will be followed by the Saxony Booth Reception, creating an informal networking opportunity with European clusters and companies (18:00-22:00 – Hall 7.2b – 100/200).
Think beyond rail: The Future of Multimodality in Europe

🥂 Seminar followed by a networking drink
This seminar will focus on the future of multimodal transport in Europe and is especially relevant for companies active in rail freight, logistics, terminals, digitalization and modal shift solutions.
Meet the Hungarian railway ecosystem
📍 HEPA collective stand – Hall 11.2 – Stand 200
Logistics in Wallonia is also preparing a networking moment with the Hungarian ecosystem, together with the Awex.
The objective is to connect Walloon companies with representatives from MAV, the Hungarian railway company, as well as with companies present on the HEPA – Hungarian Export Promotion Agency collective stand.
A dedicated Wallonia–Hungary networking drink is currently being discussed.
