ACHIEVING GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE – June 19-23, 2017 (Brussels)

This 5-day Executive Programme in Supply Chain Management provides an overall strategic and tactic view of the way supply chains are organized and do operate.

Supply Chain management is a central skill to all managers, in all functions. As an area under rapid development, and integrating with strategy, marketing, finance and human resources, supply chain management requires a broad view of the enterprise.

This course provides managerial structure, selected techniques and useful conceptual models. After the course, having been exposed to complex real-life problems, participants should have the ability to ask the right questions and to recognize good answers.

At completion of the course, participants should be able to :

• Understand and motivate the overall structure of the supply chain of a company
• Appreciate the interrelations between supply chain management and corporate strategy, finance and marketing.
• Formulate and critically examine key decisions for supply, manufacturing and distribution.
