This program is specially designed for Walloon companies involved in the transport, logistics, supply chain and mobility sectors. If you want to reduce your carbon footprint, but not sure where to start, Lean & Green Europe offers you the way forward.
This non-binding program aims to reduce at least 20% of your supply chain’s CO2 emissions in no more than 5 years, with a focus on at least 50% of your transport and logistics activities. Beyond the simple analysis of your operations, Lean & Green Europe encourages a practical and realistic approach, also valuing reduction efforts in other areas such as the management of buildings dedicated to the supply chain.
By joining Lean & Green Europe, you’ll benefit from expert support, an opportunity to share best practices and a framework to challenge your initiatives. It’s a label that recognizes your commitment and concrete results in reducing your carbon footprint, while remaining aligned with realities on the ground.

Our Lean & Green Europe support begins with the development of a action plan, potentially including initiatives already launched over the past three years. This plan, once validated by an external auditor, enables you to acquire the Lean & Green Europe label. The process continues with regular and rigorous monitoring of the implementation of measures to reduce CO2 emissions, extending over the planned duration of the program. At the end of the program, after a maximum of 5 years, the achievement of the objectives set is rewarded by the award of the Star Lean & Green Europe, marking a significant milestone in your sustainable development approach. This is not, however, an end in itself: the program encourages continuous improvement, offering the possibility of aiming for additional stars, for players wishing to extend their commitment to the environment.
