A dedicated Scale-Up consultant will work with you to establish a targeted action plan, based on an in-depth assessment of your business. With 25 days of advice spread according to your availability, this program adapts entirely to your pace and specific challenges, ensuring structured and sustainable growth.
We offer intensive, multidisciplinary support for the company: via the Scale-Up scheme, the company will benefit from a coaching service by its advisor. As part of this follow-up, the entrepreneur will be challenged on his action plan, will be equipped and advised for its implementation, and will be directed to the appropriate expertise. This individual support (diagnosis and follow-up) can be carried out by several advisors/operators, depending on the issues involved. In this case, a reference advisor is designated among them.
The entrepreneur participating in the Scale-up scheme undertakes to ensure availability and involvement in this individual support.
The Scale-Up program is designed for innovative companies, beyond the start-up phase, that show strong sales and significant growth potential. It is specifically aimed at structures with sales of at least 1 million euros or a team of at least 10 people, ready to accelerate their development. Ideal candidates are passionate CEOs or founders, ambitious, and committed to local development while sighting international expansion. The program also values companies conscious of their societal impact in Wallonia. The organization is based on personalized support, tailored to the unique needs of each company, to stimulate sustainable growth, both in terms of sales and employment, while controlling costs during this crucial phase of development.
COST FOR THE COMPANY
To gain access to the support services offered as part of the Scale-up program, an application will need to be sent to a committee which will select the beneficiary companies .

The expected counterparts of at least 50% for specific measures will be added to these above fees (interim manager scale-up, independent administrator, expertise).
The other support services, which are individual (diagnosis and follow-up) and collective, are accessible without compensation.
The aim of this program is to offer “tailor-made” support to boost the growth of high-potential companies through intensive coaching and support measures, especially to facilitate access to experienced managers needed to support the growth of the company and to independent directors to strengthen the governance of these companies.
– Support to partially finance (maximum 50%) an temporary Manager Scale-up who will be hired thanks to the measure and who will help build a middle management function on a key axis for the company (HR, sales, finance, etc.).

-Coaching by an entrepreneur having experienced rapid growth and coped with the challenges and difficulties associated with it: through the mentoring scheme you can have an 18-month relationship with an entrepreneur or via a connection for a less regular frequency of exchanges.
