All Walloon manufacturing companies, whatever the corresponding sector of activity or size, are invited to apply. Whether you are part of an SME or a large company, or if you have the desire to innovate and improve your industrial processes while optimising your Supply Chain, this initiative is for you!
Projects must bring together a Walloon company representing the “industrial need” component (Technological Request – beneficiary) AND a other company representing the “technological expertise” component (Technological Offer – solution provider).
The submitter of a project is the organisation responsible for submitting the single application file. This submitter is the main project promoter, and must necessarily be the grant recipient. It is therefore the manufacturing company and not the tech savvy company (solution providers).
- The grant recipient must be the entity beneficiary of the project (technology application) and must be an industrial company (with a production activity), small or large, start-up or established, whatever its sector of activity, and which has as conditions:
- Be located in Wallonia (head office or a place of business);
- Have a company number;
- Meet the conditions for participation explained in this document;
- Commit to submitting a final activity report at the end of the project (following a methodology recommended in Appendix I);
- Accept that the project partners add value to the use cases (use case) of the project via their communication channels and to this end, sign Appendix V.
- The tech savvy entity representing the technological side (technological solution provider – solution provider) must be a company with proven expertise in digital technologies and their application in the industrial sector. It does not have to be a Walloon company. Companies outside Wallonia or even outside Belgium are also eligible.
